  Ordered my tyres online because the store couldn't match the price... paid for it all... phone up on the day they are due to get scheduled and get told that it'll be done in 15 mins if I come down at 12...
  arrived at 1150 and got told to wait an hour ... I specifically told the guy on the phone I had somewhere to be at 2... he said that was fine...
  arrive and I'm told to wait for half an hour until they can do my car...
  and hour later of sitting in the waiting bay and the STILL hadn't touched my car yet... they really need to get a grip with their timings and the WHOLE team needs to work to them!

  Booked for m.o.t service and new tyres.friday 16th Feb. Went at app .time 9.a.m. told due to a family bereavement mechanic was off work my condolences no problem with that . I asked why a simple phone call would have saved me going up to garage. He meant to phone but forgot and also forgot to phone on Thursday . Shocking that is not customer service..went straight to D and G garage taken right away upheld quote Nat. Tyres had given me took me home .car ready Monday. 2.45. Now that's service.
