  I have been back and had a much improved experience since the last visit. The whole place seemed warmer and more inviting, enhanced by one the waitresses in particular who was wearing a black and white spotty top, she was incredibly friendly and smiley and is a real asset. Thanks.
  
  I tried the pancakes this time. These were well cooked, very hot and nicely presented. I've upgraded my rating after this last visit and will be back.

  I have mixed feelings about this place. The interior is split between a front and rear section, there is a lot of empty open space at the front that does not really connect well to the rear. The general ambience is pretty sterile with poor lighting and slightly unadorned white colour scheme. The layout of the tables is unimaginative and some sort of divider between the spaces would help make the interior a more appealing place. There is also a strange smell which I'm sure could be masked with some scented candles or the like.
  
  The service is mostly unfriendly, no one welcomes you as you arrive and says goodbye when you leave. You don't feel valued as a customer.
  
  The menue has a reasonable selection of food but stops servicing breakfast at 11.30. Many people like to have a brunch at around midday so it seems strange not to offer this. One couple who arrived after 11.30 was told by a waitress that they were too late for breakfast but the owner overhead and told them they could certainly order. Hopefully they will reconsider having such regimented times.
  
  The actual food was reasonably tasty. I had the full fryup which was ok. The beans were a highlight, the scrambled egg less so. I did notice that nothing was especially hot and the hash brown soggy like it had been reheated, ideally this should be crispy on the outside.
  
  I know this place is new so maybe there are a few teething problems but with a little extra effort they could make this a real gem.
